Book Layout, Illustrations and Design

I did the layout of this book in 1998.
Below are samples of ongoing book layouts that I do yearly.
I have been doing this (6" x 9") 2 color book layout and design job yearly for the last 5 years.

This is the first issue (2008) where I did the illustrations as well as the layout. I have included the illustrations including the cover and the illustrations below. If you would like a PDF of the entire book, please email me. The file size is about 3-4 megs.

About the book:

The Florida Quest is an educational multimedia outreach project designed for students in grades three through six as a springboard for research into Florida history. This literacy project, which is in its 16th year, is a joint initiative between Channel 15 and the Daytona Beach News-Journal. The project is centered on a student publication, and includes teacher booklets, maps, posters, video, newspaper articles, and web based student clues.
Below are Children's Book Illustrations
Every illustration here is hand scetched and then done in pen and ink. Then I scan them and apply shadows in photoshop.
